Frequently Asked Questions
Can I check my status with a passport number?
How to check your Vietnam visa status by passport number depends on where you applied. For an order with us, enter a traveler's passport number with your order email. On evisa.gov.vn, individual applicants search with the registration code, email and date of birth.
Why does my status say Unpaid when I already paid?
The payment probably failed at the gateway while your bank shows a pending charge. Wait for it to clear or post, then search again before retrying payment on the same application.
I lost my registration code. What now?
It is in the confirmation email from evisa.gov.vn. The search page also has a "Don't remember registration code" option.
Do I need to print my Vietnam e-visa?
Print one copy and keep the PDF on your phone. Airline staff may ask to see it at check-in.
