It is a service you book in advance with your flight details. It is not a visa, a visa-free entry or an official immigration lane that you can use without booking.

Fast track immigration in Vietnam: what the service includes

Fast track immigration in Vietnam, through us, means a dedicated escort for the airport part of your trip. You tell us your airport, flight number, arrival or departure date and time, and the number of passengers, and the escort is arranged for your flight.

Airports and price

Fast track costs $35 per passenger, the same at all five airports.

One booking takes from 1 to 9 passengers. The price is flat and does not depend on the airport or the time of your flight. You pay by card on the booking page.

Fast track with your e-visa

If you want fast track with a visa, order both with the same flight date. The visa is processed separately from the fast track booking, so plan the visa first.

Fast track does not replace your visa. You still need an e-visa, or an exemption if your passport is on the list, and the airline will ask for it at check-in. See our e-visa vs visa on arrival page if you are choosing between them.

Many foreign arrivals are also asked to submit a free online declaration before landing; our guide to the Vietnam arrival card explains it. If you are still without a visa, apply for your e-visa first so that the visa and the fast track use the same flight date.

Arrival and departure fast track

There are two pages on the site: one for arrival fast track and one for departure fast track at the same airports. The form is the same for both: passengers, airport, flight number, date and time, and your contact details.

Use arrival when you land and want help through immigration; use departure when you leave and want help before your flight. Our page on departure fast track has the details.

What to have ready

Before you open the form, have these to hand:

• Flight number: As on your ticket.
• Date and time: Of your arrival or departure.
• Number of passengers: One to nine per booking.
• Contact details: A phone number you will answer on the day, and an email address you can read.

Check the flight time against your ticket, because the escort is arranged for the time you enter.

How to book

To book the service, follow these steps:

1. Choose the service: Arrival or departure.
2. Enter the flight: Airport, flight number, date and time, and the number of passengers.
3. Add your contact details: Name, phone and email, typed twice.
4. Pay by card: $35 per passenger.
