Your e-visa is still processing and your flight is close. We can expedite Vietnam visa applications you already filed on evisa.gov.vn, from $50 per person and from 1.5 working hours, and you pay only our service fee because the government fee is already paid. If you have not applied anywhere yet, apply for a new e-visa instead.

eVisaVietnam.com is a private visa service operated by TK VIET NAM., JSC, not the Vietnamese government. You can keep waiting on evisa.gov.vn at no extra cost; the fastest options for one or two travelers are below.

The exact delivery time for your order is shown before you pay, and we refund 100% if your e-visa arrives after it, or if it is refused, unless the application had false information.

The three fastest speeds have daily cut-offs in Vietnam time (GMT+7): 14:15 for Same day, 15:30 for Super Urgent and 17:30 for Emergency. Later orders move to the next working morning.

Local cut-off times are below in standard time; add one hour for New York, London and Sydney during daylight saving time.

Emergency, 17:30 5:30 10:30 16:00 20:30

Example: you order at 13:30 on a Monday in India, 15:00 in Vietnam. Emergency arrives by 16:30 and Super Urgent by 17:30. Same day has passed its cut-off and arrives 14:00 Tuesday, so if Tuesday evening is soon enough, 1 working day ($75, by 18:30 Tuesday) costs less.

How to expedite a Vietnam e-visa you already submitted

You expedite a Vietnam e-visa in four steps, without filling in the government form again.

  1. Find your registration code in the confirmation email from evisa.gov.vn.
  2. Choose travelers and a speed in the form above.
  3. Pay by card (no surcharge).
  4. Send the details below and wait for the PDF by email.

What to send with your order:

  • Registration code: The code from evisa.gov.vn, one per traveler.
  • Application email: The email address you used on evisa.gov.vn.
  • Entry date and port: As shown on the application.

The service is meant to speed up an existing Vietnam e-visa application that is correct but slow. Our guide on what to do while an application is still processing explains when waiting is still fine, and you can check your e-visa status at any time.

Expedite or apply again?

Expedite suits an application with correct details that is simply waiting; a new application suits one with a mistake, or travelers who never applied.

Situation Best option Price from (per person)
Applied, details correct, still processing Expedite $50
Applied, but a detail is wrong New e-visa application $47
Never applied, flight today or tomorrow Urgent new e-visa $118

Expedite costs less at the same speed because you do not pay the government fee twice: Emergency is $239 to expedite, $260 as a new e-visa. To rush a new Vietnam e-visa instead, see our urgent Vietnam e-visa options. If the government site itself shows errors, our page on common e-visa website problems covers the usual fixes.

Weekends and public holidays

The Weekend & Public Holidays speed covers orders from Friday 18:00 to Sunday 16:00 (GMT+7) and Vietnamese public holidays, at $219 per person ($215 from three travelers). Orders before 15:20 arrive by 18:30 the same day; later orders arrive by 18:30 the next day.

On-time guarantee and refunds

The on-time guarantee means a 100% refund if your e-visa arrives after the delivery time shown at checkout. That time is calculated when you pay, so it already allows for cut-offs and weekends.

If the Vietnam Immigration Department refuses the application, you also get 100% back, unless it contained false information. Our refund policy sets out how to claim, and the questions below cover what travelers ask before ordering.

To start, use the Expedite form at the top of this page, or message us on WhatsApp at +84 879 932 635 from 8:00 to 21:00 (GMT+7). Never applied? Apply for a new e-visa.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I pay the government fee again?

No. You paid the government fee of $25 for single entry or $50 for multiple entry when you applied on evisa.gov.vn. The expedite price is our service fee only, which is why it is lower than a new e-visa at the same speed.

Does expediting guarantee approval?

No. The Vietnam Immigration Department decides every application, and nobody can promise approval. We guarantee the delivery time shown at checkout, with a 100% refund if the result is late or the application is refused, unless it contained false information.

Can an agency really speed up the government queue?

No agency controls the Vietnam Immigration Department's decision. What you buy is a deadline backed by money: we take responsibility for a result by the delivery time shown at checkout, and if that time passes, you get 100% back.

My flight is tomorrow and my e-visa is still processing. What should I do?

On a working day, order Super Urgent before 15:30 or Emergency before 17:30 (GMT+7) for a same-day result. From Friday 18:00 to Sunday 16:00, order Weekend & Public Holidays before 15:20 for delivery by 18:30 that day.

Can I expedite an application with wrong information?

No. Speeding up an application with a wrong name, birth date or passport number only gets you a faulty e-visa faster, so submit a new one with the right details. If the mistake is on an e-visa that was already issued, our page on how to correct wrong information explains the fix.
