Vietnam Business Visa
Vietnam business visa fee: short business trips use the 90-day e-visa from $47 all-in. Longer work needs a DN visa with a Vietnamese sponsor. Prices and rules.
For a short business trip, a Vietnam business visa is usually just the e-visa: it covers meetings, conferences and visits to partners for up to 90 days, from $47 all-in through us. Working with a Vietnamese company for longer needs a different visa, issued with a sponsor in Vietnam, which we do not arrange. This page explains the line between the two, the fees, the requirements and how to apply for the e-visa. You can apply for your e-visa in about ten minutes.
eVisaVietnam.com is a private visa service operated by TK VIET NAM., JSC, not the Vietnamese government. You can apply yourself at evisa.gov.vn for US$25.

Can you travel to Vietnam for business on an e-visa?
Yes, for short business visits. A business e-visa for Vietnam is the same e-visa as the one for tourists: it is valid for up to 90 days, with single or multiple entry, under Law 23/2023/QH15. It fits meetings, conferences, site visits and talks with partners.
It does not give you the right to work or take up employment in Vietnam. If that is your plan, see the section on sponsored visas below. For holiday trips, our page on the tourist e-visa covers the same visa.

We refund 100% if the e-visa is refused, unless the application had false information, or if it arrives after the delivery time shown at checkout. A 90-day e-visa costs no more than a 30-day one. Our full price table breaks down each part. We do not quote fees for sponsored visas, which are set separately.
When you need a business visa with a sponsor
A sponsored business visa, called a DN visa, is for people who work with a company or organization in Vietnam.
Under Article 8 of Law 47/2014/QH13, as amended by Law 23/2023/QH15 (as of October 2026), the DN1 symbol covers foreigners working with enterprises and other organizations that are legal entities in Vietnam, and DN2 covers entry to offer services or set up a commercial presence.
A Vietnamese company or organization normally acts as the sponsor. For that reason, a business visa without sponsor means the e-visa: it needs no sponsor, but it only covers short business visits, not employment.
We do not arrange DN visas. If you need one, ask the Vietnamese company you will work with, or the Vietnamese embassy in your country, which procedure applies. When it is unclear which one you need, choose a service or message us on WhatsApp at +84 879 932 635 (8:00 to 21:00, GMT+7) and we will tell you if the e-visa fits.
| E-visa | DN visa | |
|---|---|---|
| Purpose | Short business visits | Working with a Vietnamese enterprise or organization |
| Sponsor needed | No | Yes, a Vietnamese organization |
| Apply online yourself | Yes | Through the sponsor or embassy |
| We handle it | Yes | No |
Vietnam business visa requirements for the e-visa
The requirements for the e-visa are the same as for any applicant: a passport valid for at least 6 months from your entry date, with two blank pages; a recent portrait photo; a scan of the passport data page; your trip details; and a card to pay.
You do not upload an invitation letter, company registration or meeting agenda. The form asks for the purpose of your visit, your entry and exit gate and your first address in Vietnam. Keep your return ticket and a note about who you are meeting on your phone, since an airline or border officer may ask. The full list is on our e-visa requirements page.

Multiple entry for frequent business travelers
