A Vietnam airport transfer is a private car between an airport and your address, booked in advance. We run it in Hanoi, Da Nang and Ho Chi Minh City, with 4, 7 or 16 seats, at $25 to $52 per car depending on the car and the time of day. This page covers the cities, the price table, how to choose a car and how to book. It pairs with our airport fast track service, and if you still need the visa, you can apply for your e-visa first.
eVisaVietnam.com is a private visa service operated by TK VIET NAM., JSC, not the Vietnamese government. You can apply for a visa yourself at evisa.gov.vn for US$25.

What is a Vietnam airport transfer?
A Vietnam airport transfer is a private, door-to-door car between an airport and the address you give us. It runs in either direction: from the airport to your hotel, or from your address to the airport for a flight out.
You choose the city, the car, the pickup and drop-off addresses, and the date and time. Unlike a shared shuttle, the car is yours alone for that trip. This airport pickup in Vietnam is a separate booking from the visa and from fast track.
Cities and airports we cover
We cover three cities: Hanoi, Da Nang and Ho Chi Minh City. The city on the form decides where the car works, and the airport is simply one of your two addresses. The price does not depend on the airport or the city.
For a pickup at Noi Bai, the Noi Bai airport transfer is booked in Hanoi, with the airport as your pickup address. Other airports are handled the same way in their cities. If you are landing and want help at immigration first, see our guides to Noi Bai fast track, Tan Son Nhat fast track and Da Nang fast track.
Vietnam airport transfer price
A transfer costs $25 to $52 per car. The price depends on the size of the car and on the time of your pickup, and it is the same in all three cities. Prices last updated: 2026-10-09.
| Car | Day price (USD) | Night price (USD) |
|---|---|---|
| 4 seats | $25 | $29 |
| 7 seats | $28 | $33 |
| 16 seats | $39 | $52 |
The night price applies when the pickup time you enter is from 21:00 to 05:59. The price is per car: five people in one 7-seat car pay $28 by day, or $33 at night. You pay by card on the booking page and the total is shown before you pay. We have no published refund policy for airport transfers yet, and we have not confirmed whether road tolls and airport parking are included. Ask us on WhatsApp at +84 879 932 635 (8:00 to 21:00, GMT+7) before you book, so you know what is covered.
Examples of day and night prices
The night rule depends only on the pickup time you enter. These are illustrations, not real bookings.
| Example trip | Pickup time | Car | Price (USD) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Landing in Hanoi, two travelers | 22:15 | 4 seats | $29 |
| Hotel to the airport in Da Nang | 04:30 | 4 seats | $29 |
| Family of five landing in Ho Chi Minh City | 14:00 | 7 seats | $28 |
| Group of nine, hotel to the airport | 06:00 | 16 seats | $39 |
A pickup at 06:00 is already the day price, and one at 20:59 is still the day price. If your landing time moves across 21:00 or 06:00, tell us so we can check which price applies.
Which car should you choose?
Pick the car by the number of people and the luggage, not by price alone. A 4-seat car suits one to three travelers with normal luggage. A 7-seat car suits a family or a group with more bags. A 16-seat car suits a larger party.
The gap between sizes is small: at night, the 4-seat car is $29 and the 7-seat car $33. If you are unsure, take the larger car. The form accepts one to nine passengers per booking, so a larger group books more than once.
What to enter in the address fields
The form has two free-text address fields, pickup and drop-off, and one of them is the airport. For the other, copy the hotel name and street address from your booking confirmation, written in Latin letters, so the driver can search it. Add a phone number you will answer on the day.
For an airport pickup, type the name of the airport, for example "Noi Bai International Airport", and enter your landing time from your ticket. The time you enter decides the day or night price, so check it against your flight. For a ride to the airport, enter the time you want to be picked up, not your flight time, and leave room for traffic.
How to book your airport transfer
You book in four steps:
- Choose the trip: City, car, and number of passengers.
- Enter the addresses: Pickup and drop-off addresses, one of them the airport.
- Enter the date and time: For arrivals, use your landing time from your ticket.
- Add your contact details and pay by card: Name, phone and email, typed twice.
We send a confirmation by email. If your flight lands late or changes, message us on WhatsApp. To add fast track for your landing, book arrival fast track separately, and book departure fast track for your flight out.
Still need your visa? Apply for your e-visa with the same arrival date.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is the transfer price per person or per car?
Per car. A 4-seat car is $25 by day and $29 at night, whether one person or three travel in it. Pick the car by the size of your party.
When does the night price apply?
When the pickup time you enter is from 21:00 to 05:59. A pickup at 20:30 is charged the day price, and one at 21:00 the night price.
Which cities do you cover?
Hanoi, Da Nang and Ho Chi Minh City. The form asks you to choose the city, then enter your pickup and drop-off addresses.
Does the price change with the airport?
No. The airport is one of your two addresses and does not change the price. Only the car size and the time of day do.
Can I book an airport transfer with fast track?
Yes, as two separate bookings. Book the transfer here and airport fast track on its own page, using the same flight details.
Can I get a refund if my plans change?
We have no published refund policy for airport transfers yet. Message us on WhatsApp as soon as your plans change, and we will tell you what applies to your booking before the pickup time.
