The Vietnam visa fee is US$25 for a single-entry e-visa and US$50 for multiple entry when you apply yourself on evisa.gov.vn. Through us, the all-in price starts at $47 single and $82 multiple, government fee included. Below are prices by speed, what the government fee covers, children, visa on arrival and refunds, or you can apply for your e-visa now.

eVisaVietnam.com is a private visa service operated by TK VIET NAM., JSC, not the Vietnamese government. You can apply yourself at evisa.gov.vn for US$25. The table compares the total Vietnam visa cost by route, per person.

Vietnam visa fee at a glance:

Route Single entry (USD) Multiple entry (USD)
Apply yourself on evisa.gov.vn $25 $50
E-visa through eVisaVietnam.com From $47 From $82
Visa on arrival (air only) $28 to $69 service + $25 at the airport $28 to $69 service + $50 at the airport

With us, you get a 100% refund if your e-visa is refused, unless the application had false information, or if it arrives after the delivery time shown at checkout. The speed you pick decides the rest of the price, starting with the full table.

Vietnam e-visa prices by processing speed

The Vietnam e-visa cost through us runs from $47 to $260 for single entry and $82 to $285 for multiple entry, depending on speed. A 3-month e-visa costs the same as a 1-month one at every speed. Prices last updated: 2026-10-08.

Speed Typical delivery Single (USD) Multiple (USD)
Standard 5 to 7 working days $47 $82
3 working days 18:30, three working days after you order $69 $98
2 working days 18:30, two working days after you order $92 $116
1 working day 18:30 the next working day $99 $123
Same day 4 to 8 working hours $118 $150
Super Urgent 2.5 working hours $169 $212
Emergency 1.5 working hours $260 $285
Weekend & Public Holidays Same day, Friday 18:00 to Sunday 16:00 (GMT+7) and holidays $250 $280

Every Vietnam visa price in the table is per person and includes the government fee. The exact delivery time is shown before you pay, because the fastest speeds have daily cut-offs. If you fly within a day or two, our page on urgent Vietnam e-visa options explains each cut-off, and the 90-day e-visa page covers longer trips.

Government fee vs service fee

The government fee is fixed by Circular 28/2026/TT-BTC of the Ministry of Finance, in force since April 1, 2026: $25 for a single-entry visa and $50 for multiple entry up to 90 days, as reported by the Tay Ninh provincial police. Everything above that is our service fee.

Vietnam visa fees through an agency therefore have two parts. The table splits each all-in price, so $47 is $25 to the government and $22 for our service.

Speed Single: government + service (USD) Multiple: government + service (USD)
Standard $25 + $22 $50 + $32
3 working days $25 + $44 $50 + $48
2 working days $25 + $67 $50 + $66
1 working day $25 + $74 $50 + $73
Same day $25 + $93 $50 + $100
Super Urgent $25 + $144 $50 + $162
Emergency $25 + $235 $50 + $235
Weekend & Public Holidays $25 + $225 $50 + $230

The service fee pays for staff checking your photo, passport scan and details before submission, filing on evisa.gov.vn, following the application to a decision and delivering by the time shown at checkout.

Prices to speed up an application already on evisa.gov.vn

If you already applied on evisa.gov.vn and paid the government fee there, you pay only a service fee to expedite a pending e-visa: $50 to $239 per person for one or two travelers, and $45 to $235 from three.

Speed 1 to 2 people (USD per person) 3+ people (USD per person)
Standard (5 to 7 working days) $50 $45
3 working days $52 $50
2 working days $65 $63
1 working day $75 $73
Same day (4 to 8 working hours) $85 $83
Super Urgent (2.5 working hours) $145 $139
Emergency (1.5 working hours) $239 $235
Weekend & Public Holidays $219 $215

Speeding up suits an application with correct details that is simply slow. If a name or passport number on it is wrong, a new application is the better spend.

Vietnam visa fee for children and groups

The government Vietnam visa fee for a child under 14 is $25, whether the e-visa is single or multiple entry, under the same circular. Our all-in prices are per person and the same for children and adults.

One order can include up to 5 travelers, and the total is the number of travelers times the price per person. For new e-visas there is no group discount; for expedite orders, the per-person price drops from three travelers. Our guide to children and group applications covers documents for minors.

Visa on arrival cost

A visa on arrival costs two payments: our service fee of $28 to $69 for the approval letter, then a stamping fee of $25 single or $50 multiple, paid at the airport. It only works if you fly in to Hanoi (HAN), Ho Chi Minh City (SGN), Da Nang (DAD) or Cam Ranh (CXR).

Item When you pay Single entry (USD) Multiple entry (USD)
Approval letter service Online, before travel $28 to $69 $28 to $69
Stamping fee At the airport, on arrival $25 $50

Some older pages still list higher stamping fees that no longer apply. For land or sea arrivals, use the e-visa instead. See our visa on arrival page for how the letter works.

Refunds

We refund 100% of what you paid in two cases: your e-visa is refused, unless the application contained false information, or it arrives after the delivery time shown at checkout. The refund covers the whole all-in price, government fee included.

Our refund policy explains how to claim.

How you pay and what is not charged

You pay by card online through OnePay, in US dollars, and the price at checkout is the full price. There are no Vietnam visa charges added later:

  • Card surcharge: None.
  • Government fee: Already included in every e-visa price.
  • Speed upgrades: Only charged if you choose a faster speed yourself.

Your bank may apply its own currency conversion if your card is not in US dollars. To compare services before paying, you can choose a service on our apply page.

Cost of a Vietnam visa if you apply yourself

The cost of a Vietnam visa on evisa.gov.vn is the government fee alone: $25 for single entry or $50 for multiple entry. You fill in the form, upload the photo and scan, pay online and wait for the result.

Applying yourself is cheaper by $22 at our Standard speed. What the extra buys is a staff check before submission, a delivery time you can claim against, faster speeds down to 1.5 working hours, and a person to contact if something goes wrong. Our page on evisa.gov.vn compared with agencies sets out the differences. The questions below cover what travelers usually ask next about the fee.

To pay one all-in price with the government fee included, apply for your e-visa with us.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much is a visa for Vietnam?

A Vietnam e-visa costs $25 for single entry or $50 for multiple entry if you apply yourself on evisa.gov.vn. Through eVisaVietnam.com, the all-in price starts at $47 single and $82 multiple, government fee included, and rises with the speed you choose, up to $260 single for delivery in 1.5 working hours.

Did the Vietnam visa fee change in 2026?

The rules changed, but the e-visa amounts did not. Circular 28/2026/TT-BTC replaced the earlier fee circulars from April 1, 2026, and keeps $25 for single entry, $50 for multiple entry up to 90 days and $25 for children under 14.

Is the price per person or per order?

Per person. An order can include up to 5 travelers, and the total is the number of travelers times the price for the speed you choose. Every traveler in one order gets the same speed and the same delivery time.

How much is a Vietnam visa in AUD or INR?

Our prices are set in US dollars, so the amount in Australian dollars, Indian rupees or any other currency depends on your bank's exchange rate on the day you pay. Your card statement will show the converted total, plus any foreign transaction fee your bank charges.

Which speed should I pay for?

Pay for the slowest speed that still arrives before your flight. With more than a week to go, Standard at $47 is enough. Within a day or two, the urgent speeds make sense, and the delivery time shown at checkout tells you exactly when the e-visa will arrive.

Is the fee refunded if my e-visa is refused?

Yes. If the Vietnam Immigration Department refuses your e-visa, we refund 100% of what you paid, government fee included, unless the application contained false information. The same full refund applies if the e-visa arrives after the delivery time shown at checkout.
