Terms and conditions of eVisaVietnam.com, a private Vietnam e-visa service: orders, prices, processing, errors, liability and the rules for using our services.
These terms and conditions are the visa service terms that apply when you use eVisaVietnam.com or order from us. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. Last updated: October 9, 2026.
eVisaVietnam.com is a private visa service operated by TK VIET NAM., JSC, not the Vietnamese government. You can apply yourself at evisa.gov.vn for US$25. If you are ready to order, you can apply for your e-visa.

About us and our service
eVisaVietnam.com is operated by TK VIET NAM., JSC, founded in 2025, at No. 16B, Lane 51, Thanh Liet, Hanoi, Vietnam. We help travelers with Vietnam e-visas, expediting applications they have already filed, visa on arrival approval letters and airport services.
We are not the Vietnamese government. We do not issue visas and we cannot promise that a visa will be approved. The Vietnam Immigration Department makes every decision. You can apply on evisa.gov.vn yourself for US$25 (single entry); our price covers checking your files, support and the commitments in our refund policy.
Using this website: terms of service
You agree not to use this website for unlawful purposes, to interfere with it or to try to gain unauthorized access to it. You are responsible for any loss we incur because you break these terms. Content here is general information, not legal advice.
Your application and your information
We prepare your application from the information and files you give us, so you must give correct and complete details, including your name, date of birth, nationality, passport number and passport scan, exactly as in your passport. By placing an order you ask us to act on your behalf and to submit your application to the Vietnam Immigration Department.
If you give incorrect, incomplete or false information, the application may be refused or delayed, and the refund conditions in our refund policy will not apply. Passport requirements are on our e-visa requirements page.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars and shown before you pay. Our all-in e-visa price includes the government fee, and there is no card surcharge. The full price table lists every speed. We may change prices at any time, but the price shown when you pay is the price you pay.
You pay by credit or debit card through the OnePay payment gateway. You enter your card details on the gateway's page. Processing of your application starts only after we have verified your full payment.
Processing times
Processing times are in working days and working hours, Monday to Friday, excluding Vietnamese public holidays. The delivery time shown at checkout is our commitment for the speed you chose. A faster speed shortens the time we take, but it does not change the decision of the Vietnam Immigration Department or guarantee approval.
Processing time begins only after we receive your full payment and correct information. We recommend that you apply well before your travel date.
Delivery and completion
We send your e-visa or approval letter to the email address you registered, and our service is complete when we have sent it. Please tell us if you have not received it within 24 hours. If we do not hear from you within a week, we assume it was delivered.
Errors and corrections
Review your e-visa carefully when it arrives. If you find an error, contact us immediately. If the error is ours, we issue a corrected e-visa free of charge. If it comes from information you provided, a new application with full fees is needed, or our paid correction service where it applies; see how to correct a Vietnam visa.
If we receive no error notice within a week of delivery, we assume the details are correct and are not responsible for problems at entry that come from them.
Refunds and cancellations
We refund 100% of what you paid if your e-visa is refused or delivered after the time shown at checkout, unless the application had incorrect or false information. Once an application has been submitted to the Vietnam Immigration Department, it cannot be cancelled. Full conditions, exclusions and the rules for each service are in our refund policy.
Visa on arrival, speed-up and airport services
Visa on arrival works only for air arrivals at the airports in our service. We provide the approval letter; the stamping fee is paid at the airport, not to us. Our speed-up service applies only to applications you already filed on evisa.gov.vn, and the government fee you paid there is not ours to refund.
Airport fast track and airport transfer are booked with your flight and address details. They do not replace a visa. You are responsible for entering correct flight numbers, dates, times and addresses.
Entry to Vietnam
Airlines and border officers decide whether you may board and enter, under Vietnam's Law on Entry, Exit, Transit and Residence of Foreigners (consolidated text). A visa does not guarantee entry. Check that your passport is valid for at least 6 months from your entry date, with two blank pages, and that your e-visa matches your passport.
Limits of our responsibility
We are not responsible for losses or cancellations of flights, tours or accommodation caused by a refusal, a delay, incorrect information from you, or technical problems outside our control. To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid us for it. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
Communications
By using our services you authorize us to contact you by email or phone about your application, updates and essential information. We may also send promotional messages, which you can stop at any time by writing to us or using the unsubscribe link.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. If we cannot resolve a dispute by talking, either of us may take it to the competent courts in Hanoi, to the extent the law allows.
Changes to these terms and conditions
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and using the website after a change means you accept it.
