Our support hours are 8:00 to 21:00 in Vietnam (GMT+7), which is 1:00 to 14:00 UTC. The table converts them for our main markets.

Daylight saving runs from the last Sunday of March to the last Sunday of October in the UK, the second Sunday of March to the first Sunday of November in the US, and the first Sunday of October to the first Sunday of April in Sydney and Melbourne.
