About eVisaVietnam.com and who operates it
TK VIET NAM., JSC, a joint stock company founded in Hanoi in 2025, operates eVisaVietnam.com. We are new and say so: no borrowed history or award logos, just a named company, a published address and a written refund promise.
What we do and what we do not do
eVisaVietnam.com handles new e-visas from US$47 all-in, speeding up applications already filed on evisa.gov.vn, corrections to issued e-visas, and visa on arrival letters for air travelers.
We do not issue visas. The Vietnam Immigration Department decides every application, and you get the same e-visa either way. Our page on evisa.gov.vn and agencies compared sets out the differences.
How we handle your application
Your application passes through five steps, with a staff review before it goes to evisa.gov.vn.
- Fill in the form and upload your passport page and a portrait photo.
- Pay by card, with no card surcharge.
- Wait while staff check it.
- Let us submit it on evisa.gov.vn and track it.
- Receive the e-visa PDF by email by the delivery time shown at checkout.
At step 3, staff check:
- Photo and scan: The face is clear and front-on, and the whole passport page is readable.
- Personal details: Names, dates and passport number match the passport exactly.
- Passport validity: Valid for at least 6 months from your entry date, with two blank pages.
- Port of entry: Your chosen airport, land border or seaport is one of the 79 that accept the e-visa, as of October 2026.
The government still decides, so every order carries the refund terms below.
What protects you if something goes wrong
Every e-visa order has these protections, at any speed:
- Refund if refused: 100% back if your e-visa is refused, unless the application contained false information.
- Refund if late: 100% back if your e-visa arrives after the delivery time shown at checkout.
- No hidden fees: The price includes the government fee ($25 single, $50 multiple entry).

How to check that we are a real company
You can check eVisaVietnam.com in three ways before you pay.
