What data we collect

We collect only what a visa application or an airport booking needs. Depending on the service, that is:

  • Identity details: Your full name, date of birth, nationality, gender, occupation and religion, as the application form asks.
  • Passport data: Your passport number, type and expiry date, and the passport data page image you upload.
  • Your photo: The portrait photo you upload for the e-visa.
  • Contact details: Email address, phone number, home address, contact address and the details of an emergency contact.
  • Trip details: Entry and exit dates and gates, your address in Vietnam, and for airport services your flight number, time and pickup or drop-off address.
  • Payment records: The transaction reference and the card type. Card details are entered on the payment gateway's page, and we do not store your card number.
  • Messages: What you write to us by email or WhatsApp.
  • Website data: Technical data such as your browser, device and pages visited, collected through cookies (see below).

Give us only your own data, or that of people who asked you to apply for them, such as family.

How we use your data

We use your data to prepare, check and submit your application, to take payment, to send your e-visa or approval letter, to organize airport services, to reply to your questions and to handle corrections, refunds and disputes. We also use it to meet legal and accounting duties and to protect the website against fraud and misuse.

We send emails about your order, such as confirmations and your e-visa. We may also send promotional messages, which you can stop at any time by writing to us or using the unsubscribe link. We do not sell your personal data.

Who receives your data

Your data goes only to those who need it to deliver your service:

  • Vietnamese authorities: We submit your application to the Vietnam Immigration Department through evisa.gov.vn, so your identity, passport and trip details reach it. For visa on arrival, they are used to obtain your approval letter.
  • Payment gateway: OnePay processes card payments. It receives your card details and tells us whether the payment worked.
  • Service providers: Companies that host our website, send our emails and analyze website use, and partners who deliver airport services such as an escort or a driver, who receive only the details they need for your booking.
  • Authorities and advisers: Where the law requires it, or to protect our rights, and our legal and accounting advisers.

Your data is processed in Vietnam and may be handled by providers in other countries. A group approval letter can list several travelers' names and passport numbers in one document.

How long we keep your data

We keep your application data for as long as we need it to deliver your service, answer questions or disputes about it, and meet legal and accounting duties. We do not keep passport and photo files for any other purpose. The exact period depends on the service and on those duties, and we may need to keep some records where the law requires it. You can ask us in writing how long your own files are kept.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses cookies to work, to keep you signed in to your order and to measure how it is used. We use Google Tag Manager to load analytics tools, which collect data such as pages visited and device type. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the website may not work without them.

Your choices and rights

You can ask what data we hold about you, ask us to correct or erase it where the law allows, stop promotional messages, or withdraw a consent you gave. Write to [email protected] from the email address you used for the order. We may ask you to prove who you are first. If you disagree with how we handled a request, you can contact the competent authority in Vietnam.

Data already submitted to the Vietnam Immigration Department is handled under its own rules, and we cannot ask it to delete data on your behalf.

Children

Our services are for adults. Applications for children are filed by a parent or guardian, who gives us the child's details and confirms they may do so.

Changes to this privacy policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we will tell you on this website or by email.
