Do Kyrgyz citizens need a visa for Vietnam?
No, not for 30 days or less. Kyrgyz citizens with an ordinary passport can enter Vietnam without a visa for a stay of up to 30 days, according to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs list published on June 30, 2025 and checked in October 2026.

How the 30-day exemption works
A Kyrgyz traveler needs a visa only when the stay goes past 30 days. The rule is a bilateral agreement, and every list we found gives the same 30 days.
We could not find the agreement text online, so we cannot say how the 30 days are counted or whether a second stay restarts them. One source says the passport must be valid for six months and another says for the stay only; we advise six months, as for the e-visa.
