Do citizens of Bulgaria need to visit the embassy for a Vietnam visa?

No, not for tourism stays of up to 45 days. Citizens of Bulgaria can enter Vietnam without a visa for up to 45 days for tourism under Resolution 229/NQ-CP, valid until August 14, 2028, according to the Vietnam tourism authority.

Before you visit

Embassies close on Vietnamese public holidays, on local public holidays and around Tet, so check both calendars. Bring your passport and any forms the embassy lists on its website.
